Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division in Chakwal, Punjab, invites item rate tenders for a comprehensive water supply project in Village Amir Pur Mangan. The scope of work involves the full development of a water supply system, including a trial bore, tube well boring and conversion, construction of a pump house, supply and installation of pumping machinery, and laying of rising mains and distribution systems. A significant component of the project is the integration of a solar power system to ensure sustainable energy for water extraction, accompanied by a 10,000-gallon Over Head Reservoir (OHR), boundary wall construction, and power connection. The estimated cost of the project is 93.810 million PKR, with a completion period of 12 months. Eligible contractors must be registered with the relevant departments and provide a bid security (Earnest Money) of 4.69 million PKR. The bidding process adheres to the Government of the Punjab's standardized contract forms and technical specifications, with all work subject to site verification and approval by the Engineer-in-Charge.
