Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer of Swat Irrigation Division-I, Irrigation Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids for the construction of solar-based irrigation tube wells under ADP No. 2081/250220. The project includes several sub-works for civil works associated with solar irrigation tube wells in various provincial constituencies of District Swat, including PK-05, PK-06, and PK-07. This procurement follows a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the financial year 2025-26 in relevant categories with mandatory specialization codes CE-04(iv), CE-09(ii), and CE-10(vii). Additionally, bidders must hold active registrations with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). A 2% bid security plus stamp duty is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). Electronic bids must be submitted via the EPADS portal no later than 11:30 AM on 20 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for the same day.
