Description / Scope of Work
The Central Prison Bannu in Bannu, KPK invites sealed e-tenders for the procurement of raw ration and various general store items for the remaining months of the financial year 2025-26. The scope of this procurement includes essential food supplies such as flour, tea leaves, pulses, salt, curry powder, and fresh milk, alongside general store items like LED bulbs, searchlights, tea cups, and steel buckets. The estimated value of this tender is approximately 10 million Rupees. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Additionally, participating firms are required to present a certificate from the KP Food Safety and Halal Food Authority under Section 15 of the KPFS&HFA Act 2014. All bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal no later than 12:30 PM on 20 May 2026. Technical proposals will be opened publicly on the same day at 1:00 PM in the presence of the procurement committee and authorized representatives of the bidders.
