Description / Scope of Work
UNHCR Pakistan has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the establishment of an 8-month service frame agreement focused on information integrity consultancy. The project aims to improve narrative management and information accuracy within the context of refugee support in Pakistan. The consultancy is divided into three specialized lots: Lot 1 (Mapping and Monitoring), Lot 2 (Narrative Analysis and Testing), and Lot 3 (National Workshop and Action Planning). This procurement is managed through the UNHCR Cloud ERP system under negotiation #2793. Bidders are expected to submit technical and financial offers that adhere to the UN's scoring methodology and General Terms and Conditions for Services. Submissions must be finalized through the electronic portal by 11:59 PM PST on 26 May 2026.
