The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Housing Authority (KPHA) announces a third-time open public auction for the dismantling and removal of serviceable malba (debris) and useable materials at the High Rise Flat (HRF) Warsak-II site (formerly the Irrigation Mechanical Division) on Warsak Road, Peshawar. Interested bidders are invited to inspect the site from 30 April to 18 May 2026. A security deposit (Earnest Money) of Rs. 350,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) favor of DG KPHA must be submitted by 18 May 2026. The auction will take place at the site on 19 May 2026 at 12:00 PM. The successful bidder will be responsible for the complete removal of all materials within 30 days of approval and must adhere to all safety and traffic hazard mitigation protocols as per KPPRA rules.
