Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
WSSP is liquidating 11 scrap vehicles and used mobile oil via separate auctions.
Lot 1 (vehicles, Aug 12) appears higher-value; Lot 2 (oil, Aug 17) is ancillary. Key risk: as-is-where-is with no vehicle documentation provided—bidders assume full liability post-award. Tight site-clearance window (10–15 days) with penalty exposure. Suits scrap dealers with immediate logistics capacity and working capital for deposits + 25% upfront payment same-day.
Who can bid: No explicit eligibility criteria stated. Typically, Pakistani auction participants require CNIC, valid NTN for tax purposes, and business registration (SECP or sole proprietor documentation). WSSP specifies CNIC + CDR at registration only; NTN status not mentioned but advisable for payment/tax compliance.
