Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites electronic bids through the E-PADS portal (Version 2.0) for the disposal of unserviceable and scrap materials under Tender No. 281. The auction includes the sale of approximately 310,000 Kg of Single Phase and Three Phase Static Meter scrap with broken plastic covers, currently located at the Regional Store Shalamar in Lahore. This procurement follows a National Open Competitive Bidding process using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. Participating bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and are required to submit a bid security of PKR 3,472,000. Additionally, bidders must provide a 'Not Blacklisting Certificate' and an affidavit confirming compliance with public health, safety, and environmental protection regulations during the waste disposal process. E-bids must be submitted via the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026.
