Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites electronic bids through the E-PADS portal (Version 2.0) for the disposal of various unserviceable and scrap materials under Tender No. 284. The items for sale are located at Regional Store Shalamar and Regional Store Pattoki, and include approximately 136,500 Kg of Aluminum scrap (off size) and PVC scrap, among other materials. This procurement follows a National Open Competitive Bidding process using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayer List.
