Description / Scope of Work
The District Education Authority in Hafizabad, Punjab invites sealed bids from reputable registered firms and authorized dealers for the procurement and installation of desktop computers and UPS units for various schools within the district. This project involves the supply of high-performance computing hardware along with comprehensive installation and related support services to enhance the digital learning environment across ten specific government schools, including GGHSS Kolo Tarar and GHS No.2 Hafizabad. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the FBR and PRA and demonstrate significant financial stability and prior experience in similar large-scale I.T. deployments. Detailed technical specifications, including the quantity of hardware per school and service level requirements, are provided in the bidding documents. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal.
