Description / Scope of Work
The C&W Building Division Abbottabad, under the Communication & Works Department of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for the provision of funds for decretal cases, land compensation, and incomplete work across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including the merged districts. This procurement covers two principal works: GPS Tori Sharif (estimated cost Rs 2.900 million) and GGPS Tori Sharif (estimated cost Rs 6.950 million), with a combined project value of approximately Rs 9.850 million. The works are geographically located in the Abbottabad jurisdiction and will proceed as per work order, with completion periods determined on a case-by-case basis.
Eligible bidders must possess PEC Category C-6 registration and be duly registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act 2013. Bid security is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank, with amounts of Rs 62,000 for GPS Tori Sharif and Rs 148,000 for GGPS Tori Sharif respectively. The tender form fee of Rs 1,450 and Rs 3,500 must also be submitted as a Call Deposit. All bidders must comply with KPPRA procurement rules 2014 as amended up to 15 September 2021 and KPPRA Notification S.R.O(14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22 dated 10 May 2022.
Bidding documents and instructions to bidders are available for download from the EPAD portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk and the KPPRA website at www.kppra.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted through the EPAD system on a single stage single envelope basis. The submission deadline and opening date are both 17 August 2026, with submission closing at 12:00 noon and opening commencing at 12:30 pm on the same date.
