The Punjab Information Technology Board in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of high-performance laptops specifically intended for the Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technologies Project. This procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, utilizing a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. The project scope includes the supply of specialized computing hardware designed to support advanced technological development and research within the province. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including FBR and PRA, and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Interested firms are required to submit their technical and financial proposals through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. A bid security is required as per the standard bidding document guidelines to ensure the validity of the proposals. All electronic bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026, with the opening of technical bids scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day at the Arfa Software Technology Park.
