Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Breed Improvement, Livestock & Dairy Development Department Punjab in Lahore, invites sealed bids for the procurement of approximately 600,000 liters of Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement will be conducted through a framework contract to ensure a steady supply for the Semen Production Unit in Qadirabad, District Sahiwal. Eligible bidders must be manufacturers or authorized suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities (FBR/PRA) and listed on the Active Taxpayer List. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Technical bids must include a comprehensive company profile, evidence of financial soundness, and a bid security as specified in the bidding documents. All proposals must be submitted manually or as directed in the tender instructions to the AI Section inside the Hostel of UVAS, Outfall Road, Lahore, by 11:00 AM on 03 June 2026. Bids will be publicly opened on the same day to evaluate the technical and financial competence of the participating firms.
