The Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL) in Karachi, Sindh, under the Ministry of Housing & Works, invites electronic bids for the construction of a 24-inch diameter MS water supply pipeline. The project route extends from TCF School to Ilyas Masjid in Orangi Town, District West, Karachi. This procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope method as per PPRA Rules 36(b). Eligible firms must possess a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and specialized field, along with active registration with the Federal Board of Revenue and Sindh Revenue Board. The estimated cost of the project is approximately 276.04 million Rupees, requiring a bid security of 10 million Rupees. Bidding documents are available online through the E-PADS platform for a non-refundable fee. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 14, 2026, to address technical clarifications. Electronic bids must be submitted via E-PADS by 11:00 AM on May 25, 2026, with technical proposals scheduled for opening at 11:30 AM on the same day.
