The Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited in Karachi, Sindh invites electronic bids through the E-PADS platform for the providing, laying, and jointing of a 24-inch diameter MS water supply pipeline. The project scope involves an openly laid pipeline extending from TCF School to Ilyas Masjid in Orangi Town, District West, Karachi. This procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope method as defined in PPRA Rules 36(b). Eligible firms must hold a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and specialized field, and must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and Sindh Revenue Board Tax Authorities. The estimated cost for the work is approximately 276.04 million Rupees, with a required bid security of 10 million Rupees. Bidding documents can be obtained online for a non-refundable fee of 5,000 Rupees. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 14, 2026. Sealed electronic bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on May 25, 2026, and the technical proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
