Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Abbottabad in Abbottabad, KPK invites sealed bids for the construction of various water supply infrastructure projects, including pressure pumps and tube wells, across PK-42 and PK-43. This re-notice inviting bids follows a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure conducted through the EPADS system. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and the Provincial Enlistment Committee. The scope of work involves specialized drilling and installation of water extraction systems. Bidders are required to submit a 2 percent bid security of the estimated cost and an additional 0.03 percent bid entry fee as a non-refundable CDR. Furthermore, participants must provide an undertaking on stamp paper for project completion and an affidavit verified by a Magistrate or Oath Commissioner regarding the ownership of drilling machinery. Electronic bids must be submitted via the EPADS portal by 12:00 PM on May 19, 2026, and will be opened at 01:00 PM on the same day.
