Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge in Kohat, KPK invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various items for the District Judiciary Kohat for the financial year 2025-26. The tender is divided into six distinct lots: Lot 1 for stationery items using the Single Stage Single Envelope procurement method; Lot 2 for hardware; Lot 3 for I.T equipment; Lot 4 for plant and machinery; Lot 5 for furniture and fixtures; and Lot 6 for transport (motorcycles), all utilizing the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure based on quality and cost. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including FBR and KPRA, and must follow the KPK Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders are required to provide samples for each item, ensuring they meet the specified quality standards. The price must include all applicable taxes such as Income Tax, GST, PST, and KPPRA duties, as well as labor and transportation charges. Electronic bids must be submitted through the E-PADS platform by 11:00 AM on May 20, 2026, with the opening of technical proposals scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
