The Action For Humanity in Islamabad, Federal Government invites expressions of interest from qualified firms and individual consultants for the provision of specialized consultancy services. This procurement focuses on enhancing the organization's humanitarian impact through expert technical assistance in project evaluation, capacity building, and strategic planning. The scope of work involves conducting detailed assessments of ongoing humanitarian interventions and providing actionable recommendations for program optimization. Eligible applicants must demonstrate extensive experience in the non-profit sector, specifically within disaster response and community development frameworks. Interested parties are required to submit their technical profiles and financial proposals highlighting their expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Bidding documents and detailed terms of reference can be requested from the AFH procurement department via email or in person at their Islamabad office. Technical and financial submissions must be prepared in accordance with the specified guidelines and delivered to the organization's headquarters. All completed applications must be submitted no later than 17:00 Hours on 18 May 2026, for subsequent review by the internal procurement committee.
