The Islamabad Electric Supply Company in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the erection and stringing of a second circuit from Tamman to Lakarmar, covering a total distance of 34.694 kilometers. This project is a key component of the IESCO Multi-Year Tariff initiative, with an estimated project value of 16.59 million Rupees. Eligible engineering firms must demonstrate technical competence in high-voltage transmission line works and maintain active registration with the PEC and national tax departments. The procurement is conducted through a single-stage, one-envelope bidding process. Bidders are required to submit comprehensive proposals addressing the scope of work, including material handling and technical execution plans. All finalized bids must be submitted by the deadline of 11:00 AM on 04 May 2026 to be considered for public opening and subsequent technical evaluation.
