Description / Scope of Work
The Hazara Electric Supply Company in Abbottabad, KPK invites electronic bids for the supply of 132 kV/11 kV Power Transformers and associated electrical materials. This tender, divided into lots STG-01 and STG-02, is aimed at strengthening the regional power distribution network. The procurement is open to reputable manufacturers and suppliers pre-registered with NTDC, WAPDA, or other DISCOs. Materials must be supplied on a Free Delivery to Consignee Store (FCS) basis to the Deputy Manager Regional Store in Abbottabad, adhering strictly to the latest NTDC and WAPDA specifications. Participating firms must be active taxpayers and registered with the relevant income and sales tax departments. Bids must be submitted exclusively via the EPADS portal no later than the scheduled closing time on 21 May 2026. A valid bid security must be scanned and uploaded with the electronic proposal, with the original instrument submitted to the Manager of Supply Chain Management at the HAZECO Head Office in Gulistan Colony. Conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected to ensure compliance with PPRA standards.
