Description / Scope of Work
The Military Lands and Cantonments Department in Attock, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the execution of essential infrastructure development works within the Younas Street area of Attock Cantonment. The comprehensive scope of this project involves the provision and installation of a new sewerage line and drainage system, alongside the construction of high-quality Plain Cement Concrete streets to improve local sanitation and mobility. This initiative is part of the department's annual development plan for the 2025-2026 fiscal year to upgrade public facilities. Interested contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and should be listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement process will be conducted through the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. Technical and financial documents must be prepared in accordance with the standard bidding guidelines and submitted electronically. All interested firms must ensure their bids are successfully uploaded to the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026.
