The Military Lands and Cantonments Department in Attock, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the development of public infrastructure within Muhallah Noor Al Islam, Attock Cantonment. The project scope includes the provision and installation of a comprehensive sewerage line and drainage system, complemented by the construction of Plain Cement Concrete streets to enhance local sanitation and urban mobility. This initiative is part of the department's infrastructure improvement plan for the 2025-2026 fiscal year. Eligible contractors must possess a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Procurement will be conducted following the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. Technical and financial proposals must be prepared in strict accordance with the bidding documents and submitted electronically via the EPADS portal. All submissions must be finalized and uploaded by the deadline of 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026 to be considered for the evaluation and award process.
