Description / Scope of Work
The Military Lands and Cantonments Department in Attock, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the execution of critical infrastructure development works within Mandar Street, Attock Cantonment. The project scope encompasses the provision and installation of a robust sewerage line and drainage system, alongside the construction of high-quality Plain Cement Concrete streets to improve local sanitation and urban mobility. This initiative is part of the department's annual development plan for the 2025-2026 fiscal year to upgrade public facilities and infrastructure. Interested contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and should be listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement process will be conducted following the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. Technical and financial proposals must be prepared in accordance with the standard bidding guidelines and submitted electronically via the EPADS portal. All interested firms must ensure their bids are successfully uploaded no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026 to be considered for technical evaluation.
