Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) in Pakpattan, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for a critical infrastructure rehabilitation project involving the replacement of sewer pipe lines in Zone A and Zone C. The scope of work includes the excavation, removal of damaged conduits, and the installation of new high-capacity sewerage pipes to restore efficient waste management in these designated urban zones. This project is part of the agency's annual maintenance and improvement plan for the 2025-2026 fiscal year. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and maintain an active taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authority. Bidding is being conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System following a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Interested firms must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically through the system no later than the submission deadline of 11:30 AM on 24 May 2026.
