The Military Engineer Services (MES) in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders for multiple infrastructure and renovation projects at PAF Faisal, Masroor, and Bholari. The scope of work includes the reconstruction of boundary walls for non-residential facilities, replacement of furniture for residential facilities, and the installation of new floor tiles for various non-residential buildings. The estimated costs for these works range from 4.6 million to 7.6 million Rupees. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and appear on the approved list of MES in categories B, C, or D. Interested parties must submit their applications for tender documents by 20 May 2026, including a certificate verifying no history of litigation with government departments. Bidding follows the PPRA guidelines, and all technical and financial documentation must be submitted to the office of CMES (PAF) Faisal. The final deadline for receipt of tenders is 11:30 AM on 21 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 12:00 PM on the same day.
