Description / Scope of Work
The Chitral Irrigation Division in Chitral, KPK invites electronic bids through the EPADS system for the construction of solar-based irrigation tube wells across various districts. This project, under ADP No. 2107-250220, involves multiple sub-works including civil work for solar irrigation tube wells in NA-01 District Chitral Upper, PK-01 District Chitral Upper, and PK-02 District Chitral Lower. Each sub-work has an estimated cost of approximately 7.679 million Rupees. Prospective bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the 2025-26 financial year in relevant categories such as CE-09 and CE-10, and must also be registered with KPRA and FBR. A bid security and stamp duty totaling 162,580 Rupees per work is required. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. All electronic bids must be submitted through the KP EPADS portal by the specified deadline on 19 May 2026, and the bids will remain valid for a period of 90 days from the opening date.
