The Public Health Engineering Division in Kohat, KPK invites electronic bids through the EPADS system for the solarization of five pressure pumps at various locations within Union Council Lachi. This project is funded under the MOL CSR programme and follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible bidders must possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above, with specialized codes CE-09, CE-10, EE-04, and EE-11 (Solar). Additionally, firms must be registered with the KPRA, FBR, and hold a valid Electric Contractor License (Class-E) from the Energy & Power Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 14 May 2026 to address technical queries. Original bid security and tender form fees must be submitted physically to the Executive Engineer's office before the deadline. Electronic technical bids are to be submitted by 12:00 PM on 21 May 2026, and will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day.
