Description / Scope of Work
The AJK Power Development Organization in Muzaffarabad, Federal Government invites Request for Proposals from qualified consultants and joint ventures for a comprehensive feasibility study. The project aims to identify strategic corridors for solar, wind, and geothermal energy throughout Azad Jammu and Kashmir. Bidding will follow the Quality and Cost Based Selection method under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible firms must hold a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and must not be blacklisted by any government authority. A bid security of 2 million Rupees in the form of a CDR or Bank Draft is mandatory. Detailed RFP documents, including Terms of Reference, can be purchased from the PDO office until 19 May 2026 for a fee of 5,000 Rupees. Technical proposals are due by 02:00 PM on 25 May 2026 and will be opened at 02:30 PM the same day in the presence of representatives.
