Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge in Kohat, KPK invites sealed tenders for the supply of various items for the 2025-26 financial year. The procurement is divided into six lots, covering stationery, hardware, IT equipment, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, and transport vehicles including motorcycles. While Lot 1 follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure based on the least cost, Lots 2 through 6 will be processed under the Single Stage Two Envelope method focused on both quality and cost. Bidders must be registered with FBR and KPRA and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List. A sample for each item must be provided by the successful bidder to ensure quality compliance. All proposals must be submitted through the EPADS system by the specified deadline. Technical bids will be opened on 22 May 2026, and firms will be required to provide a one-year repair and maintenance warranty for all hardware and machinery components.
