Description / Scope of Work
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Housing Authority in Peshawar, KPK invites the general public to participate in an open public auction for the dismantling and removal of serviceable malba and useable materials. This auction pertains to the High Rise Flat Warsak-II site, formerly the Irrigation Mechanical Division office on Warsak Road. Interested bidders must conduct a personal inspection and examination of the site during working hours prior to the auction date. Participation requires the submission of a call deposit receipt amounting to 350,000 Rupees as earnest money, which must be submitted in favor of the Director General KPHA by 18 May 2026. The auction will be conducted openly at the site venue at 12:00 PM on 19 May 2026. The successful bidder will be responsible for the complete demolition and removal of all materials within thirty days of approval. All serviceable materials from the dismantled building will become the property of the highest bidder, who must also ensure all necessary safety measures and traffic hazard precautions are strictly followed during the work.
