Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge in Bahawalpur, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of IT equipment for the financial year 2025-2026. This tender is being conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. The procurement follows a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure, with an estimated total cost of 9.8 million Rupees. Eligible bidders, including firms, companies, and authorized dealers, must be active taxpayers registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. A five percent bid security of 490,000 Rupees is required for participation. Bidding documents containing complete technical specifications and terms can be downloaded via the EPADS portal. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the portal by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, where they will be opened in the presence of authorized representatives at the Sessions Courts complex.
