Description / Scope of Work
The National Grid Company (NGC/NTDC) invites sealed bids for the construction and completion of civil works, erection, stringing, testing, and commissioning of approximately 13.5 kms of 220kV Double Circuit Transmission Line. This project involves looping in/out both circuits of the 220kV Chashma-Ludewala Transmission Line at the 220kV Jauharabad Grid Station. The procurement is conducted under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via the E-PADS system. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 14 May 2026 at the NGC office in Lahore. Bidding documents are available for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000. All electronic bids must be submitted through E-PADS by 11:00 AM on 03 June 2026, with the technical opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
