Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District and Sessions Judge in Peshawar invites sealed bids for the procurement and installation of Plant & Machinery, specifically focusing on Solarisation and a Water Filtration Plant for the Judicial Complex. This tender is being conducted through the KPPRA E-Bidding (EPADS) system. Reputable and experienced firms registered with relevant tax authorities and the EPADS portal are eligible to participate. The project is offered on a turnkey basis, meaning the successful bidder will be responsible for the complete supply, installation, and configuration of all equipment. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 14 May 2026 to discuss technical requirements. Bidders must submit a 2 percent bid security in the form of a CDR and provide an affidavit confirming the security is included in the financial bid. All proposals must be uploaded to the EPADS portal, and a physical hard copy must also be delivered to the office by 10:30 AM on 21 May 2026. Bids will be opened shortly thereafter in the presence of representatives.
