Third Party Evaluation and Feasibility Consultancy for Meteorological Observatory at Naran by PMD

The Regional Meteorological Centre (Pakistan Meteorological Department) is procuring consultancy services for third party evaluation and feasibility assessment of the Naran site for the project titled Construction of Meteorological Observatory at Naran and Bachelor Hostel for Operational Staff at Balakot. This is a national-level consultancy procurement using a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under the Quality and Cost Based Selection technique in compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The scope encompasses site evaluation and feasibility analysis in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, with funds allocated for FY 2026-27.

Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 and registered with relevant regulatory authorities as per procurement rules. All proposals must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Call at Deposit or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. Bidders should ensure compliance with all technical and financial requirements outlined in the detailed bidding documents.
