Description / Scope of Work
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority (KPCTA) has announced an open auction for the disposal of various scrap and condemned or unserviceable items. The auction will be conducted on an 'as-is, where-is' basis at the Authority's office located at the Olympic Plaza, Peshawar Sports Complex. Interested participants must possess a valid CNIC and be registered with relevant professional bodies, including FBR (NTN) and KPRA (STRN), and maintain an active status on the taxpayer list. The auction is scheduled for 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026. Potential bidders can inspect the items during office hours on 19-20 May 2026. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 25% of the bid amount on the spot, with the remaining balance due immediately thereafter. All scrap items must be removed from the premises within two days of the auction. Rates offered must be inclusive of all applicable government taxes and levies. The Director General reserves the right to reject bids in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014.
