Pakistan Railways Head Office in Lahore invites sealed bids for the sale and disposal of various unserviceable public assets and scrap materials on an 'as is where is' basis. The inventory includes a wide range of materials such as soft and secondary scrap, mechanical work grease, condensation goods, and various locomotive parts. Bidding is open to firms and individual bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. Interested parties must provide valid CNIC and NTN documentation with their quotations. Bids must be submitted with the required bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Pay Order as specified for each group in the tender documents. The lifting period for the successful bidders will range from one to four months depending on the contract value. Sealed proposals must be dropped in the tender box at the office of the DCOS/General in Lahore by 10:00 AM on 26 May 2026, where they will be opened publicly.
