Description / Scope of Work
The District and Sessions Court in Tando Muhammad Khan, Sindh invites sealed bids for the repair of existing office furniture and the purchase of various miscellaneous store items for the financial year. The project involves the restoration of wooden desks, chairs, and cabinets, as well as the supply of general stationery and maintenance materials required for the court's daily operations. Eligible contractors and vendors must be registered with the SRB and FBR and hold a valid professional tax certificate. The procurement will follow the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, ensuring a transparent and merit-based selection. Detailed bidding documents containing the specific quantities and repair standards are available at the office of the District and Sessions Judge. A bid security in the form of a pay order must be attached to the financial proposal. All sealed envelopes must reach the court administration office by 11:00 AM on 23 May 2026. The bids will be opened in the presence of the procurement committee and participating representatives on the same afternoon.
