Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government & Rural Development Department in Dera Ismail Khan, KPK invites electronic bids for the solarization of submersible pumps under ADP No. 240245. The project involves two major works: the solarization of pumps at Union Council Laar and Union Council Dhap Shumali, with each work having an estimated cost of 15 million Rupees. Bidding is conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure via the EPADS system. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and enlisted with the C&W Department for the current financial year. Additionally, bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. A 2% bid security is required for each work. Electronic bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal no later than 12:00 PM on 08 June 2026. The department remains committed to enhancing rural water access through renewable energy solutions as per KPPRA rules.
