Description / Scope of Work
The School Education & Literacy Department in Karachi, Sindh, through its Project Management & Implementation Unit, invites sealed tenders for the establishment of STREAM Labs in existing model schools. This initiative, part of the Sindh Education Reform Program-II and ADP #570, focuses on upgrading educational infrastructure across multiple districts including Sanghar, Sukkur, and Ghotki. The procurement involves the supply and installation of laboratory equipment, IT hardware, and interactive learning tools designed to foster Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics education. Reputable firms and suppliers registered with the FBR and SRB are encouraged to participate. The bidding process follows the SPP Rules 2010 (Amended) and requires bidders to be on the Active Taxpayers List. Bidding documents containing specific school locations and technical requirements are available from the PMIU office. Sealed technical and financial proposals must be submitted by 2:00 PM on 25 May 2026 to the Project Director's office in Karachi.
