Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General of Customs Valuation in Karachi, Sindh, under the Federal Board of Revenue, invites electronic bids for the procurement of annual subscriptions for internationally acclaimed publications. This non-consultancy services tender is aimed at acquiring access to global trade and valuation resources to support the department's technical operations. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and must appear on the Active Taxpayer List of the FBR. Detailed bidding documents including technical specifications, evaluation criteria, and the scope of work are available via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Bidders are required to submit their technical and financial proposals electronically through the EPADS portal.
