Description / Scope of Work
The Department of the Auditor General of Pakistan, Controller General of Accounts in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids from reputable and experienced consultancy firms for the development, implementation, and support of an Online Billing Solution. This critical project, managed by the Directorate General of MIS, aims to modernize the billing infrastructure for the CGA. The scope of work includes the complete lifecycle of software development, deployment, and ongoing technical support to ensure a seamless transition to digital billing processes. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and possess a proven track record in executing large-scale financial software projects. Detailed technical and financial proposals must be prepared according to the requirements specified in the bidding documents. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA rules. Interested firms are required to submit their formal proposals to the Director General MIS at the CGA Complex no later than 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026.
