Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Forest Department invites electronic bids for the procurement of various goods under the development scheme 'Strengthening of PM&E Wing of Forest Department'. The tender is divided into three lots: Lot 1 for office furniture (including executive chairs, computer chairs, and tables), Lot 2 for 10 Handheld GPS devices for monitoring, and Lot 3 for 1.5-ton air conditioners. This government procurement is conducted via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. For Lot 1, bidders must have a workshop and showroom in Lahore and provide material samples (e.g., rubber wood) during the technical opening. For Lots 2 and 3, bidders must provide distributor or reseller certificates. Evaluation is based on a scoring system where a minimum of 70% marks is required for technical qualification. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026, with technical opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day.
