The Karachi Development Authority in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed electronic bids for critical infrastructure development and maintenance works within KDA Scheme No. 41, Surjani Town. The primary focus of this tender is the construction of a CC flooring and a drainage system for the area surrounding the Sarina Mobile Market in Sector 7-D. This project is vital for improving urban drainage and pedestrian access in a high-traffic commercial zone. Contractors interested in participating must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above, and hold valid registrations with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). The bidding process will be conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with SPPRA Rules 2010. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the SPPRA and KDA websites. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the designated electronic portal, with a 5% bid security required, by the submission deadline of 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026.
