Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee, Mananwala in Mananwala, Punjab invites sealed tenders for various urban development and infrastructure repair projects under the Annual Development Program. The scope of work includes the construction and repair of PCC streets, tuff tile flooring, and drainage systems in several localities, including Farooqabad Road, Mohalla Jamia Masjid, and Mohalla Islampura. Additionally, the tender covers the installation of LED street lights and the repair of existing sewerage lines to improve municipal services. Eligible contractors must be enlisted with the Local Government & Community Development Department for the current financial year and possess valid PEC registration in the relevant category. The procurement is being conducted via the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Detailed bidding documents and BOQs can be obtained from the office of the Municipal Officer (Infrastructure). Technical and financial bids, accompanied by the required bid security, must be submitted to the Administrator's office by 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026.
