Description / Scope of Work
The Export Processing Zones Authority (EPZA) in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids for the providing, installation, and testing of fire hydrant valves at the Karachi Export Processing Zone. This project is open to eligible and experienced firms or individuals who are registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Applicants must also be registered with Sales Tax Departments and hold a valid license from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) for the 2025-2026 fiscal year. The scope of work includes the complete supply and technical testing of fire safety infrastructure within the zone. Interested bidders are required to submit their proposals through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. A 2% bid security in the form of a pay order addressed to the Export Processing Zones Authority must be submitted in hard format before the deadline. All electronic bids and required documentation must be submitted via EPADS no later than 11:00 AM on 02 June 2026.
