Description / Scope of Work
The Cabinet Division in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids from reputable firms, authorized dealers, and distributors for the procurement of various office supplies during the financial year 2025-2026. The scope of work includes the supply of stationery items, other store items, and toner for photocopiers and fax machines. Interested bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. All procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, specifically following the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms and conditions can be obtained from the Section Officer (Admn-II) during office hours or downloaded from the official websites of PPRA and the Cabinet Division. A bid security of 50,000 Rupees in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft is mandatory. Proposals must be submitted to the Cabinet Division by 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026, where they will be opened shortly thereafter.
