Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Daanish Schools and Centers of Excellence Authority in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the procurement and installation of two 200 KVA transformers intended for the up-gradation of the Daanish School Boys and Girls campus. This project is being executed through the PPRA e-tendering system and requires participation from engineering firms or contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the 2025-26 fiscal year under relevant codes EE04 and EE05. Bidders must maintain an active tax filer status with NTN, STRN, and PRA registrations. The scope of work involves the supply of transformers complete with all necessary accessories, including conservators, breathers, and insulating oil, ensuring full operational readiness. A bid security of 2% of the estimated price must be uploaded in the form of a CDR or Demand Draft. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the completion period for the work set at two months.
