The Water and Sanitation Agency in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the desilting of the main sewer line extending from the Degree College for Women to the Disposal Station 1-L near Pull Jethani. The project involves the removal of sludge and debris from various pipe diameters ranging from 12 inches to 60 inches to improve the efficiency of the local sanitation infrastructure. This procurement is managed via the Punjab EPADS system, following updated PPRA rules. Participating firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and must have a valid registration on the Punjab e-procurement portal. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost, provided as a Call Deposit Receipt in favor of the Director Finance WASA Rahim Yar Khan, is mandatory. Bidders are required to upload their technical and financial proposals electronically and submit the original CDR to the Deputy Director of Engineering office before the deadline. The final date for the electronic submission of bids is 23 May 2026.
