Description / Scope of Work
The United Nations Development Programme in Islamabad, Federal Government invites proposals from qualified individual consultants to provide technical expertise in Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI). This consultancy is designed to support the mainstreaming of gender perspectives across various development projects and to ensure that social inclusion remains a core component of organizational strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting gender analysis, developing GESI action plans, and providing capacity-building training to project staff and local partners. Applicants must possess a Master's degree in Gender Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field, accompanied by at least seven years of relevant professional experience in international development. Previous experience working with UN agencies or large-scale international NGOs is highly desirable. Selection will be based on a combined scoring method evaluating both technical qualifications and financial competitiveness.
