Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division in Matiari, Sindh invites sealed tenders from experienced contractors for the operation and maintenance of various rural and urban water supply schemes. This critical infrastructure project includes the management of pumping machinery, tube wells, and distribution networks to ensure the consistent delivery of potable water to the local population. Contractors are expected to provide comprehensive maintenance services, including emergency repairs and routine servicing of mechanical and electrical components. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and with the Sindh Revenue Board. The selection process will be conducted in accordance with the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) rules to maintain accountability and performance standards. Interested parties are required to submit their technical and financial bids along with a 5 percent bid security to the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Matiari.
