The Islamabad Electric Supply Company in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed international tenders for the procurement of 15 kV XLPE Power Cable 240mm2 Single Core (Unarmoured). This high-voltage electrical equipment is essential for the enhancement and maintenance of the power distribution network within the IESCO region. The bidding process will be conducted under the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) guidelines following a single-stage two-envelope procedure. Eligible manufacturers and suppliers with global experience in power cable production are encouraged to participate. Bidders must demonstrate technical compliance with IESCO's stringent specifications and provide comprehensive quality assurance certifications. A bid security is required as per the instructions in the bidding documents, which are available electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). All technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 29 May 2026. This procurement aims to ensure long-term grid stability and efficient energy transmission for the capital and its surrounding areas.
